Len is responsible for the executive leadership of ElectraNet’s capex infrastructure portfolio, including delivery of customer connections.

Len has over 45 years of experience in the electricity industry. Prior to commencing this role in 2025, he was responsible for leading the successful delivery of ElectraNet’s four flagship projects as the Major Projects Director including Project Energy Connect.

He has been involved in delivering key projects for ElectraNet since 1999, starting with the network connection of the Pelican Point Power Station in 2000/2001 and more recently ElectraNet’s flagship projects.

Len has international experience in managing challenging projects and leading and growing contractor businesses in South Africa, New Zealand and Australia.
