Sophie is a strategic Executive Leader dedicated to unlocking human potential and performance. She is passionate about creating inclusive, high-performing work environments where people can thrive.

In her role as Executive of Capability, Sophie is responsible for ElectraNet’s People, Business Improvement and Technology portfolios, ensuring that ElectraNet has the capabilities, skills, talent, systems, and processes in place to shape future ways of working.

Since joining ElectraNet in 2018 Sophie has held progressive leadership positions across strategic business partnering, human resources, change management, communications and brand, health, safety and environment, business continuity, organisational and cyber resilience to shape culture, proactively mitigate risk, maintain resilience and manage recovery.  With over 25 years of experience Sophie specialises in strategy, design, development and implementation of business, HR and organisational development solutions to enhance individual and organisational performance.

Sophie has a Bachelor of Science, a Bachelor Arts Hons (Psychology), and is a registered and endorsed Organisational Psychologist. Sophie is a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, a member of the Electric Super Board and previous Chair of the College of Organisational Psychologists (SA Branch).
